• In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital or call emergency services. Do not wait for an online reply.
• Tell our practitioners about any medicines you take, existing conditions, allergies, and whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• If you are under the care of another doctor, tell them about any herbal products you use.

3. No guarantee of results

The conditions named on our website show the kinds of concerns we support people with. They are not a promise of a cure. Results differ from person to person. Testimonials on our website describe individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will have the same outcome.

4. Consultations and appointments

You can contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email, the website form or by visiting us in Kasoa. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Because our practitioners may be with other patients, we recommend that you call or message us before you travel, especially if you want to see a particular practitioner.

Any fees for a service will be explained to you before you take it up. Submitting an enquiry through the website does not by itself confirm an appointment.

5. Herbal preparations

• Use herbal preparations only as directed by our practitioners and as shown in the directions you are given.
• Read the ingredients, intended use, directions and safety precautions before use.
